Our Team

Jeremiah Oltmans, owner of Oltmans Roofing, is a long-time resident of Saline County and alumni of Bryant High School.  He earned his college degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a licensed Arkansas Contractor specializing in roofing, custom homes, and a wide range of residential updates, in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker for Crye-Leike Realtors.

Jeremiah’s personal motto is to serve in the community that gives back to you. He is well rooted in Saline County and deeply devoted to community involvement.  He currently serves on the Board of the Bryant Chamber of Commerce and the Saline County Planning Commission. He has previously served on multiple local boards and initiatives focused on economic development, education, civic improvements, and youth programs.

Jeremiah has been married to his wife, Shayna, for over 20 years and they have two children, Sebastian and Ivey.  When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him showcasing his cooking skills, enjoying the outdoors while hunting, or spending time with friends and family on Lake Ouachita.

Shayna Oltmans is the Business Manager for Oltmans Roofing. Shayna manages the finances and represents the business throughout the community. She enjoys working daily in the office with Jeremiah. She hopes that upon completion of college, their children will join the family business in some capacity.

Shayna graduated from UALR with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Minor in Management. She is an alumni of the Chi Omega Gamma Zeta Chapter, Junior Auxiliary of Saline County, and Leadership Saline County. In her spare time, she enjoys a fun game night with family or friends, surviving a hot spin class, and long weekends at the lake! If you have met Shayna, you know she never meets a stranger and prides herself on being all things extra in life!

As Office Manager at Oltmans Roofing, Lauren Thomas brings five years of industry experience and a warm, organized touch to the team. She enjoys helping customers and making sure every project runs efficiently.

Lauren has been happily married for the last three years to her husband, Justin. When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find her camping or spending time with her husband, loved ones, and three dogs.

Born and raised in Saline County, Arkansas, Chris Lawrenz is a proud graduate of Benton High School. With over 25 years of experience in sales and construction management, he has spent the last five years specializing in roofing and has been part of the Oltmans Roofing team for more than three years.

As a Senior Project Manager, Chris brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence to every project he leads. He enjoys meeting with and assisting homeowners and businesses with all of their project needs. His loyal dog, Roux—affectionately known as “Roux the Roofer”—is often by his side on the job.

Jerad Brothers is a Project Manager at Oltmans Roofing. He is a hardworking and dedicated individual who takes pride in everything he does. A true family man, he loves spending time with his kids and supporting them in their activities—especially baseball.

When he’s not working, he enjoys being outdoors, whether he’s hunting, exploring, or simply spending quality time with his family.

His strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to both his job and loved ones make him an asset in any environment.

With over 15 years of experience in insurance adjusting and roofing sales, Jeff Adams brings a wealth of industry knowledge and proven results to Oltmans Roofing. Throughout his career, Jeff has successfully worked with all major insurance carriers to guide homeowners through the claims process, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes. His expertise and dedication have led to the approval and replacement of hundreds of roofs for satisfied clients. Jeff is Haag-trained and certified, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and quality workmanship in every project.

Justin Thomas is a hardworking outdoorsman with a passion for living life to the fullest. When he’s not out on a roof or wiring up a project, you’ll find him doing what he loves most — hunting, fishing, mud riding, or hitting the golf course with friends.

With five years of experience in the roofing industry and a strong background as an electrician, Justin takes pride in doing quality work and helping people protect what matters most — their homes and businesses.

He’s been happily married for three years to his beautiful wife, Lauren, and together they share their life with three loyal dogs who keep things lively.

Whether he’s on the job or in the woods, Justin brings dedication, grit, and a good sense of humor to everything he does.

#rouxtheroofer has been working with us since she was six weeks old in 2023. She loves to explore the roofs and pose for photos. Heights do not scare her and she will meet any insurance adjuster on a roof to assist them with their inspections. Our clients love her and she often brightens people’s days!
